All signs and announcements in the train stations are in both Italian and English. On the train, Italian only. You're on your own once you board!
Italian trains need quiet cars.
Romans take this slower pace thing seriously - they do not walk up escalators or leave the subway station during heavy rain.
If my driver was any indication, Romean airport shuttle drivers don't care if your first experience in Rome is an asthma attack.
These people LOVE Christmas and that's just the stores. I can't wait to see a Christmas Market!
